Rules and Regulations

1. Be Active - Being active in a clan is vital for the experience that you and the rest of your clan mates have while with the Reaperz. This includes posting on the forums (especially your squads thread) and being active in game once a week, whether in a practice, clan event, clan challenge, or clan operation. We understand real life will always come before gaming so as long as you are staying in contact with your squad leader and notifying them of any extenuating circumstances you are golden!

2. Issues and Complaints - We all know as gamers there will be people in a clan that just don't mesh and all sorts of issues will pop up in a gaming community. To handle any issue or problem that comes up first start with your squad leader and then the squad leader can escalate as needed.

3. Harassment - Gamers will be gamers and teasing and goofing off with each other is normal. We absolutely support the use of shenanigans! However, the moment its taken to a bullying, threatening level it will be addressed. There's a clear line between fun amongst members and harassment. I'm sure no one in the Reaperz will have problems with this!

4. Conduct - Unlike most clans that want to limit cursing, offensive language,  political conversations, sexual content, etc. we do not discourage normal conversation habits among adults. As long as its not harassing other clan mates, bullying clan mates, or extremely uncomfortable conversation, you're good. If anyone gets too out there we will just mention to ease up a bit. Of course your conduct does represent the Reaperz so as long as we are coming off as a fun loving group, we are good!

5. Double-clanning or moonlighting - Naturally double-clanning is a No-No. #Reaperz4life

6. Promotions for leadership positions - So you think you have what it takes to become one of the squad leaders huh? Well be on the look out under the Clan News section for any open positions. Fill out the application attached to the opening and send the application to the names mentioned on the opening. Once the opening closes the applications will be sorted through and if formal interviews are needed we will let the candidates know then select from there. Keep your eyes open for new openings!

7. Communication - Communication is one of the most important things needed in a clan environment.  Communicating during game, communicating on forums with squad mates and clan mates, and communicating with your squad leaders are all musts!  This is the one area we really want to always keep focus on. Staying active and communicating.

8. Discipline - If you ever do something so bad this area has to be referenced you are pretty much out the door. 9 times out of 10 it won't ever get to this.
